DESCRIPTION OF WORK: Construction project requiring contractor to provide all labor, material, equipment, supervision and O/H to remove 2522 sq. ft. of metal roofing and felt paper, flashing, and trim; add 5/8" plywood with deckfast screws and PL 400 type adhesive to framing on A3; replace 3500 sq. ft. of roof membrane (grace ice and water shield: typical) and metal roofing, to include all flashing, trim and roof jacks (A2 and A3); replace screws on exterior siding (A3 only); remove and replace two exterior doors (A3); replace missing stove pipe and cap (A3) as called for on the drawings and listed in the Statement of Work.
