Real Property Management
The Alaska Army National Guard conducts a multitude of real estate
transactions every year, whether it be facility long-term leasing
or rental, property acquisition or disposal or transfer, right-of-way
easements, etc. The Facilities Management Office's Realty Officer
coordinates and initiates these various endeavors based on projected
construction as well as other associated facility activities.
His duties also include:
- Coordinating, preparing preliminary reports, and processing
the Installation Status Report, Part I for the AKARNG
- Maintaining the Alaska Army National Guard's Federal and
State Real Property Records
- Maintaining the Facilities, Installations & Stationing
Plan (FISP) records for the Alaska Army National Guard

Under certain circumstances, our facilities may be leased to the general public.
Alaska Army National Guard Regulation 420-12 regulates and stipulates the basic rental requirements
(arrangements, events, non-profits, payment, rates, etc.,) for
all AKARNG facilities throughout Alaska.
